Do you make custom sizes?
If you don't see your size, we'd be happy to make a custom fit for you. Simply click on the link on the product page & fill out the brief custom request form. A jewelry specialist will be in touch with you. Please note that it must be an item in one of our regularly stocked categories and not a retired style.
How soon will my order ship?
All of our products are specially handcrafted by our production team in Dallas, TX. If we have the item(s) in stock, processing normally takes 3-5 business days and we will ship within that time frame (excluding holidays).
How do I return my item?
We want you to absolutely love your items! If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, accessories can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Send us an E-mail to Info@AshleyandMelissa.com with your order number and a jewelry specialist will be in touch with you. Please note that items must be unworn and in new condition with tag still attached. Buyer pays return shipping cost unless it is a mistake on our end.
Are your bracelets waterproof?
No, this jewelry is not waterproof. In order to preseve the life of your jewelry, please avoid contaact with water and moisture
