SHIPPING & RETURNS
We process and ship products Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 12 pm CDT or on a non-business day are considered next business day. Orders received on holidays are processed the following business day.
Complimentary shipping is provided on all domestic orders. Once your order has been placed, if the materials are in stock, our processing time normally takes 3-5 business days (depending on the item & excluding holidays). Your order will ship within that time frame.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES
Customs policies & import duties vary broadly from country to country. What this means is that we do not have any authority over possible charged duties. Please note that if you are buying internationally, your package may be subject to duty fees and are the responsibility of the customer.
We want you to absolutely love your items! If you’re not 100 % satisfied with your purchase, jewelry items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Send us an E-mail to Info@AshleyandMelissa.com with your order number & a representative will be in touch with you.
Our goal is to get your purchases to you as quickly as possible. If you change your mind after you’ve placed your order & want to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible by E-mail at Info@AshleyandMelissa.com with your order number. A representative will be in touch with you. If your items haven’t shipped yet, your order will be cancelled & you will be refunded the full amount.
All Ashley & Melissa jewelry is covered under a two-year manufacturing warranty.
If for some reason your item arrived damaged, please contact us immediately or within 30 days of the purchase date and include the original sales receipt to be eligible for replacement.
For all other orders, if there is a problem with your jewelry, please reach out to Info@AshleyandMelissa.com with your name, order number & a photo of your jewelry. A representative will be in touch with you by E-mail for the next steps & we'll make it right.
Please note that the Ashley & Melissa warranty does not cover lost or stolen jewelry, accidental damage, natural tarnishing that may occur overtime, or purchases made from an unauthorized retailer.
